Inaccurate description. Head is stuffing not a ball. I just got this toy so can't say how long it will last with my really tough chewer. But already I am bummed because it has a stuffing filled head! The description says it covers two balls! I just had to take my dog to the vet for emergency surgery for eating stuff. That's why I came online to order new toys that he can't eat. I will not be able to leave him alone for a minute with this!! Not a happy girl.
kong toy for my lab I have tried those no stuffing toys and my lab ripped the little squeaker out of it in 10 minutes. With this Kong toy my lab was able to chew the nose open & pull out stuffing within 10 minutes.
My dog LOVES this!!! This item arrived on time before Christmas and my dog LOVES it! It's the day after Christmas and it is STILL INTACT!!! That is saying something with my dog!! He was so proud of this thing he ran to get it to show each person who came for Christmas dinner! He ran around the house squeeking the thing proudly all day yesterday! I highly recomend this toy for dogs who are rough on their toys. Normally his toys don't even last a day.
Original wubbas are better The original wubbas are longer lasting than these are. The heads of these just seem to rip off when being used for the intended purpose of tugging.
Shouldn't even be labeled KONG I have always trusted KONG toys because as a 1yr. old Lab owner my dog destroys EVERYTHING! Kong toys have traditionally been the only toys that held up. But not the KONG Wubba. Because the head was made entirely of stuffing my dog had ripped up the toy and only the ball in the center of the toy remained after 15 minutes of playing with the dog toy.
Kong doesn't always mean durable Unfortunately my husband bought 2 of these at the local pet store for our 5 year old Westie and our 67 month old English Setter rescue so we don't know exact age. It gets a 5 star rating from our dogs for desirability to play with. They played with them and tugawarred with them nonstop for about a week. Then they were falling apart. They very quickly chewed holes in the body section which covers a squeaky ball. They also chewed noses etc. off the head. They are having a ball with the squeaky balls although they only squeaked for a few days after they were out of their animal covering. Definitely not worth the money. Just because the Kong in fairly indestructible doesn't mean that their other products are. A stuffed toy is a stuffed toy. I was picking up pieces of fur and polyester fiber fill for weeks.
Not indestructible maybe good for medium or smaller dogs. These toys are very cute and on first inspection looked very sturdy. However in the first forty minutes my two golden doodle seven month old puppies had the legs chewed off. It did no last at all. I think this would be good toy for a medium size dog but if your dog destroys toys on a regular basis this is not the toy for you.
Not Tough Enough!!!! I bought this toy for my dog for Christmas and she loved it she raced around and around our living room. But then she started to chew off the earsof the rabbit oneand started getting more and more stuffing out. She now isnt able to play with it until we have time to give it surgery or until Kong's customer service will decide to answer one of my phone calls or write back to any of the emails that I have sent them. Their customer service is very poor. The other original kong toy is great and she has not chewed through it but this one took about 10 minutes for her to tear apart.
my dog absolutely loves it its a good toy but way too easy for my dog to tear up. but hes a little booger when it comes to toys but not a bad toy in general.
