Perfect for Halloween I honestly don't know how this measures up as a dog toy but for Halloween decor it can't be beat. Only downside is that the poor thing has no feet but somehow it seems to bravely muddle through anyway.It's made out of quality materials and appears to be wellconstructed. This would probably make a good toddler toy.
