Built tough enough for my dog I have an 80 pound dog that will pull on this rope as long as you can hold it. She's tore through a few of these throughout her life but we can get 23 years out of these before its unrecognizable. I've been through some cheaper made ropes and she can destroy them in hours.She loves it so I got to keep one in the house with these I'm buying them less often.
Dental Floss for Dogs I have two Labs and they both love these. The floss and Baking Soda clean teeth and freshen their breath. Dogs enjoy tugofwar with people as well as each other.
Great chew toy I've been buying these for years and without a doubt it has been the favorite toy in the house. The only drawback is when the rope does wear out it leaves strings all over the house. But they last long pretty long so I don't mind.
Great chew toy I originally found this rope years ago at a Petsmart and decided to give it a try due to the dental benefits it lists. It quickly became my dog's favorite chew toy and the durability of this rope is above all others I have tried. Any other rope toys I have bought for her have been torn to shreds within 23 days but this rope tends to last at least a couple weeks if not longer. When she does manage to shred it it does leave a lot of little strings all over the house but what rope won't?The price on Amazon simply can't be beat easily beating the pet store's prices by five dollars or more which is great since my dog loves to go through these ropes as quickly as possible. It also keeps her teeth nice and clean so it's a winner in my book.
Disappointingly short The product description didn't specify how long the tug rope is but I was assuming it'd be more than 3 feet long. Wrong! I found that to be uncomfortably short for my hyper lab puppy. He's still learning his manners and sometimes when excited playing tug of war he'll quickly let go and grab on again further up the rope to get a better grip and with this toy my hand was uncomfortably close to his sharp puppy teeth!I say stay away from this and get a longer tug toy unless you have a dog that is an experienced tugger and will reliably grab on to only the very end of a rope even when excited.
Great for chewers! We love the Booda 3 knot ropes for playing tug and then letting the dog rip them up. She loves to chew and she loves to pull things apart we love things that take time keep her entertained! and clean her teeth at the same time. These booda ropes do the trick.
Pups love it and haven't destroyed ityet Bought this for our 'Heinz 57' pound puppies. They love to methodically pull apart rope toys when not tugging with them. For some reason they have left this one alone. Is there really mint in the strips? Don't know but they've had it for a while now and only play with it not destroy it! Good buy.
It lived longer than any other rope My dog can chew through anything in ONE DAY so I was very pleased to see this rope live for over a month. It actually did smell a bit like mint.
