  • My dogs favorite toy This is the only toy my dog wont destroy. I didn't think he was very smart but my dog knows if he eats this it won't work anymore. This is a dog that went to the hospital for eating an entire empty 5pound protein plastic container. It was about one square foot in mass. My dog loves this toy beyond reason. I might get the huge one next if he ever breaks this one.
Fun toy for dogs This here is truly my dogs favorite toy. He just loves the squirrels and snuggles with them once he gets them out of the tree. I wasn't sure he'd be able to get his big face in the holes to get them out but he managed and it keeps them busy for a long time. The trunk and squirrels last a long time because there isnt a lot of stuffing for the dog to extract. I wish they had bigger toys for HUGE dogs.
Fantastic First day I brought my new puppy home she was kind of freaked out. We gave her this and she seemed to relax instantly and play with this. She loves to attack the squirrels and trys so hard to get them out of the stump. Very entertaining for her AND US.
Careful your dog might choke on the stuffing! We have a 1.12 pound puppy pomeranian puppy and she recently started hacking like she was trying to clear her throat. We couldn't figure out the source for this until we found that the stitching on the INSIDE of this toy the log where the squirrels go was not properly sewn and there was exposed stuffing along the inside of this log/toy. She had been eating the stuffing! Lo and behold when we took this toy away the hacking has almost completely gone away. She is ITTY BITTY and not an aggressive chewer but with any puppy if they can eat the stuffing and it's exposed they will do it. For the price I am extremely disappointed! I thought this would be a high quality toy and found out the hard way that it is not. BE CAREFUL PURCHASING THIS TOY.
My cocker spaniels LOVE LOVE LOVE these squirrels! They fish through their toybox several times a day to find it!! I have one year old cocker spaniels and they are obsessed with this toy! They love jamming their heads into the tree and pulling squirrels out! They have the large and it is perfect. The squirrels have held up well but they don't really chew on them too much.they tug and are rough but the squirrels have lasted. They've had this toy for about four months. We have washed it a handful of times and they come out fresh and clean.
Dogs loved but. My two maltese puppies have enjoyed playing with this item. They love it when we stuff the stump with the squirrels or other toys for them to remove. Unfortunately they are chewers and have been able to get the stuffing out of each and every squirrel. But they are still carrying around the stump and chewing on it.
Fun for Brownie Brownie loves this toy he actually enjoys the log more than the squirrels which is kinda funny. He has bitten a hole into one of the squirrels in a week but there's 3 of them so it's okay.
3 years later and its still her favorite We bought the small one for our little girl chihuahua/jack russell mix when she was just a puppy. 3 years later and she still plays with it. Of course the bottom of the tree has a hole in it one of the squirrels has all of the stuffing out of it we call it the dead squirrel and the stump is so stretched out that we have to shove at least 5 other toys in there to make it interesting. Bottom line is this toy is awesome.
Not As Entertaining As Hoped My sister's 4 month old puppy figured it out within the first couple of minutes. The dog should've been named Einstein. She's aced every puzzle toy she's gotten so far. She also tore apart one of the squirrels within the first week. The other two survive. Rosie the Dog loves her toys. Even though she's a Labrador Pit Bull mix the Lab side must not be dominant. Rosie didn't get the concept of fetch. BUT she will fetch and play if one of her squirrels is tossed. THAT she'll retreive and bring back to play again. Balls frisbies not so much.
He loves this When Baruch minipoodle is bored I put this on the floor. He is happily occupied. Poor friend. He wants to be able to put them back in himself. So I help out and put them in myself. We live on the third floor of a condo.
