This ball is great! We got my dog this ball because it didn't seem as cheap as other toys we have gotten her. She is known to chew though toys in less than an hour. We were surprised how long it has lasted. We got it for her about 4 months ago and other than her chewing it to the point where the squeaker fell inside the toy which we pulled out completely it is still going to strong.
Great ball for playing fetch!Updated. Ball goes crazy when it hits the ground GSD puppy loves it! Not as durable as the chuckit rubber ball I got at the same time but he likes it better. I also bought two of the plain round isqueak balls at the same time not as durable as this one but still a blast. I wouldn't let him have the ball without me there but great for fetch.
Mia loves them to death I have a twoyearold German Shepherd named Mia. She is a powerful chewer. She loves these balls and will chew them for days on end. I've bought her quite a few. It seems that for some reason she likes some more that others even if they are the same color and shape. Of coarse the more she likes them the shorter their life. On average I get about three or four weeks before they stop squeaking and about six weeks before she shreds them. I have bought both the large and medium size. The mediums she is able to completely fit in her mouth so they die much faster than the large. All in all they are pretty good and last well for the price.
Tiny ball I bought this for my yorkie who LOVES balls. The local stors are always sold out of these so I got excited when I found them here. My dog can't get enough of the balls. I have to hide them after an hour of play because I am tired of throwing it. The word small is decieving. These should actually be sized as Tiny. Perfect for my Yorkie but bigger dogs will be disappointed. I am only giving it four stars because my dog has managed to put a hole in the rubber. The ball still functions as it should but I was hoping for a chew proof ball.
lasted only one day I ordered this toy for my 7 month dalmatian puppy and it lasted a day. It still bounces but the squeaky doesn't work. It may be good for very small dogs with no jaw power.
Lots of fun for your dog Great toy for an enthusiastic chewer. My Corgi hasn't been able to destroy this like she does with most toys. The rubber is soft enough for her to squeak the ball but tough enough that she can't pierce it. This is a good sized toy for large dogs too my German Shepherds play with it when they can get it away from the Corgi.
JW Pet toys are my dog's favorite! I have two male boxers 5 and 6 years old that both love JW Pet toys. Like some reviewers have mentioned the squeaker quickly gets loose but it falls into the ball instead of out of it might just be how my pups chew it. My dogs actually love that because the squeaker rattles around inside and makes it more interesting for them. I take the squeaker out when the ball starts falling apart but the toy itself holds up fairly well. It's not chewproof and as such wouldn't be ideal for a dog who only chews their toys but my dogs are tough with it and each ball lasts about 5 months on average before I have to replace it.
Lasts a long time I've had this dog toy for half a year now and it's still showing no signs that it's going to give out. To be fair it's not my dog's favorite toy but it doesn't usually take my dog very long to destroy anything I get him so the fact that this lasted more than a few days is pretty amazing. Even the squeaker still works! I highly recommend it.
Works great as a treat ballonce the squeaker breaks Bought this for my GSD a week or two ago he loves it. He carries it around everywhere. The squeaker did break a week into having it so I thought I would end up having to toss it. Well he still played with it so I decided to at least make it safe by removing the squeaker. Turn's out that the hole that it leaves is perfect for putting treats into and small enough for them to not pour out. He loooooves the new use for his ball. Only 4 stars though because the squeaker broke.
Good Squeak quickly destroyed I got the for my dog's 5th birthday. He loves squeaky balls. He's a rough chewer so it's difficult to find toys for him. Thought I'd give this one a chance.
