Dog Loves This Toy! I got the Hartz Medium At Play Flexa Foam Ball for my dog and he just loves it. He pushes it to make sure it will squeek and he seems to love the way it bounces when you throw it you never know where it will bounce too. He has lots of other toys but this one is his favorite. I've just ordered more thru Amazon and Wag.com because I can't find them in my local stores anymore. I'm hoping they continue to make this fun toy because Buster loves it.

Best dog toy ever! My bulldog absolutely loves this toy more than any toy he has had. We have gone through about 56 of these things and they have been worth the price. My other bully likes fuzzy animal toys and that might be the reason this ball last so long in our house.
The only toy our retriever HASN'T destroyed Our golden retriever has diagnosed shadowchasing OCD and sometimes it's very hard to distract her from reflected lights and any type of shadow cast. Therefore the toy budget leans mostly in her favor so there are always interesting things to play with.We've gone through dozens of ropes hundreds of plush toys and numerous squeakies each with no success. This ball is the first thing she hasn't made a mess of! We now have the majority of the flexafoam series in every variety simply because they keep her at play and she doesn't chew them to bits.
Durafoam toys are great This toy is very similar to the Hartz Duraplay football which my dog also loves. Perfectly round balls are boring. Odd shaped toys are better because when you throw them they tend to bounce in random directions making things much more interesting for the dog.This toy squeaks when you squeeze it. My dog loves it when I squeeze the ball then throw it. It bounces around all over the place and makes this howling squeaking sound as it fills back with air. It's a terrible racket but tons of fun. I have found the covers on these toys to be relatively durable and even when it gets punctured it will it will still bounce and squeak just fine. If the ball incurs too many large holes it will eventually stop squeaking but this takes a LOT of abuse. The foam inside is very resilient. Even with holes in it the ball will retain its shape and does NOT deflate or lose form. There is no stuffing to pull out and make a mess like other toys.This is a terrific value in dog toys not because of the low price but because of the longevity. I'll definitely be buying more of these when they wear out.
Hartz Medium Flexa Foam Ball Dog Toy This is my dog's favorite play reward toy! She's never sure how or where it'll bounce. It's soft to her mouth. Thus far it is the only toy that she will play retrieve with consistently! It however cannot be left with her as an unsupervised chew toy.
Should not say Dura on it Although soft and supple and a description that leads you to believe you are getting a sturdy product this ball does not perform. My 14 lb dog destroyed it after 25 minutes of playing. This might be durable to a toothless dog. I will say that my dog did love it including the wonderful squeak he just loved it a little too much.
An Hour and 10 Minutes Yep. My dog chewed this thing apart in 70 minutes we timed him. Not very durable. The only thing good is that the squeaky lasted a bit longer than other squeaky toys he'd dug it out of the ball within 15 minutes of receiving it.
Great toy if your dog has lost it's teeth We purchased two of these Hartz toys the round blue ball and this green thingy.They were both desqueaked within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes or so we had to pull the green thingy out of service due to exposed foam. The blue ball still sees some very limited service after a few days but now only when supervised.Puppy is a 15 month old female Malamute 65lb.
Happy puppy!! My dog received this as a gift. We watched her play with it by herself out in the yard..it makes this funny squeak that she kept rolling over the ball just to make it do the noise. It was hilarious to watch her!! I decided to order a 2nd one of these so I could have it on hand just incase the first one wears out. So far it's still as good as it was a month ago. Well worth the cost as far as I'm concerned.
