Megalast??? Hardly! Though this is claimed to be megalasting it's well it's frankly not lasting in any sense of the word. If you have an aggressive chewer this is NOT the toy for your dog. I have a large 11month old 90lb German Shepherd who chewed through this thing in a matter of hours. It has a squeaker in it we had to remove that once he managed to gnaw through its legs ears and booty which he LOVED.. a bit too much. Once we gave it to him he didn't stop chewing until it was literally just a blue nub.So to break it downPRO dog LOVED it. has a squeak which he also loved and is nontoxic so his destruction of it wasn't concerning as far as toxicity is concerned.CON lasted a matter of hours which is just a waste of money. LARGE chunks came off during his chewing.
Hardly Long Lasting I have a 18 month old tweenie Dachshund. She's 13lbs and hates squeakers. It took her 5 minutes to eat the ear off of this bear. I just bought this toy for her yesterday and it's now headless footless and armless. I still haven't found a toy that she can't destroy in less than a day.

CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVEN'T EATEN IT I have a German Shepherd and an Australian Shepherd that destroy any toy I give them within minutes. They went through $90 worth of Kong toys in one evening Merry Christmas!. They have one Orbee Tuff football that they have had for about three months. But they have eaten both ends off. I'm not sure if I bought the Medium JW Pet Megalast Gummi Bear or the Large one. But whichever it is they have had it for about six months and it still squeaks!! Not only does it squeak but it looks almost exactly like when they first got it. I don't know what it is made of but their teeth don't even leave lasting impressions. If I could give this toy 10 stars I would. I rarely take the time to write a product review. But this one is worth it. I really can not say enough good things about this toy.
